Confidence with AI includes knowing where not to go. This module provides a practical framework for responsible AI use across any role or organisation, covering data privacy, output checking, compliance, authenticity, transparency and disclosure.

By the end of the module, you will have clearer boundaries for using AI, understand where human judgement and accountable oversight must remain, and know when AI-supported work should be checked, challenged or escalated.

This module shows you how to make better use of the AI capabilities already available within the systems you use every day. Rather than continually adding new platforms or subscriptions, you will learn how to apply AI more purposefully within services such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Canva.

By combining these capabilities with your Context Brief, clear boundaries and responsible working practices, you can achieve more consistent, relevant and useful results without unnecessary complexity. The emphasis is on choosing appropriate uses for AI—not using it simply because it is available.

This module brings everything together into a practical AI operating approach. You’ll combine your AI Context Brief, reusable instructions, prompt library, governance, boundaries and working practices into a system that reflects your own role, organisation and objectives.

This final module shows you how to review, refine and extend your AI approach over time, ensuring your Context Brief, guidance, workflows and governance continue to reflect the way your organisation actually works.
