1

Understand AI Before You Use It

Build a practical understanding of how AI really works before you rely on it in your role or organisation. Learn what AI does well, where its limitations lie, and why human judgement remains essential.

By the end of this module, you’ll understand where AI is already supporting your work, where it can genuinely add value, and why clear context—not better prompting alone—creates better outcomes.

  • 1.1AI Doesn’t Know Your Organisation (Yet) — Here’s How It Really WorksIncluded
  • 1.2Which AI Systems Are Already Showing Up in Your WorkIncluded
  • 1.3What AI Can Support — and What Still Needs YouIncluded
2

Move Beyond Generic AI

This module addresses one of the most common reasons people lose confidence in AI: they try it, receive bland or irrelevant results, and assume it is not useful for them. You will learn why generic outputs usually begin with missing context, vague instructions or unclear expectations.

You will then build a repeatable, context-first approach that helps AI produce more relevant, useful and role-specific results. The emphasis is not on clever prompting, but on giving AI the information, boundaries and direction it needs to support your work responsibly.

  • 2.1The Generic Trap: Why Vague In Means Vague OutIncluded
  • 2.2The Context-First Prompting MethodIncluded
  • 2.3Tone, Voice, and OutputsIncluded
3

Give AI the Context It Needs

This is the practical heart of the Hub. You’ll build a reusable AI Context Brief that gives every AI system the information it needs to understand your role, organisation, goals and ways of working. By the end of this module, you’ll have a trusted foundation you can use across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and future AI platforms—saving time, improving consistency and producing more relevant results.

  • 3.1What AI Needs to Know About Your Role and OrganisationIncluded
  • 3.2Building Your Context BriefIncluded
  • 3.3Making Your Context Reusable Across AI SystemsIncluded
  • 3.4AI Context: What Goes Where?Included
  • 3.5Give AI Context Once: Stop Starting From ScratchIncluded
  • 3.6AI Memory & Personal Context: What Are You Allowing AI to Learn About You?Included
4

Use AI Responsibly

Confidence with AI includes knowing where not to go. This module provides a practical framework for responsible AI use across any role or organisation, covering data privacy, output checking, compliance, authenticity, transparency and disclosure.

By the end of the module, you will have clearer boundaries for using AI, understand where human judgement and accountable oversight must remain, and know when AI-supported work should be checked, challenged or escalated.

  • 4.1What Never Goes Into an AI PromptIncluded
  • 4.2Verifying Outputs and Knowing When Not to Trust AIIncluded
  • 4.3Do You Know — or Does AI Just Make You Feel as Though You Know?Included
  • 4.4AI Translation: Fluent Doesn’t Mean VerifiedIncluded
  • 4.5Authenticity, Authorship and Being Transparent About AIIncluded
  • 4.6Permission Is Not the Same as CapabilityIncluded
  • 4.7The Savvy Pixel® AI Delegation LevelsIncluded
5

Apply AI Within the Systems You Already Use

This module shows you how to make better use of the AI capabilities already available within the systems you use every day. Rather than continually adding new platforms or subscriptions, you will learn how to apply AI more purposefully within services such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Canva.

By combining these capabilities with your Context Brief, clear boundaries and responsible working practices, you can achieve more consistent, relevant and useful results without unnecessary complexity. The emphasis is on choosing appropriate uses for AI—not using it simply because it is available.

  • 5.1Microsoft 365 Copilot: AI Inside the Systems You Already UseIncluded
  • 5.2Google Workspace and Gemini: AI Where You Already WorkIncluded
  • 5.3Canva AI: Creating Content and Visuals More EffectivelyIncluded
6

Build Better AI Working Practices

This module brings everything together into a practical AI operating approach. You’ll combine your AI Context Brief, reusable instructions, prompt library, governance, boundaries and working practices into a system that reflects your own role, organisation and objectives.

Instead of starting from scratch each time, you’ll create repeatable ways of working that produce more consistent, relevant and accountable AI-assisted work.

The result is a reusable foundation that evolves alongside your role, your organisation and future AI systems—supporting better decisions, greater consistency and responsible AI working practices over time.

  • 6.1Designing Your AI Workspace Enviroment.Included
  • 6.2Building a Reusable Prompt and Instruction LibraryIncluded
  • 6.3Running a Structured AI-Assisted Work SessionIncluded
  • 6.4Deciding What AI Can Do — and What Still Needs YouIncluded
  • 6.5Creating an AI Work Assignment BriefIncluded
7

Keep Developing as AI Evolves

AI capability is not something you build once. As your organisation changes, your AI working practices should evolve with it. This final module shows you how to review, refine and extend your AI approach over time, ensuring your Context Brief, guidance, workflows and governance continue to reflect the way your organisation actually works.

Rather than chasing every new AI release, you’ll learn how to assess new developments against consistent principles and integrate worthwhile changes into your existing approach. Your membership provides an ongoing environment for maintaining responsible, practical and effective AI capability as technology, organisations and working practices continue to evolve.

  • 7.1Keeping Your AI Working Practices CurrentIncluded
  • 7.2New AI Systems, Consistent PrinciplesIncluded
  • 7.3What Information Can AI Access?Included
  • 7.4Reviewing AI and Agent ActivityIncluded
  • 7.5AI Access Passes: Why Permission Matters More Than CapabilityIncluded
  • 7.6Becoming an AI-Capable OrganisationIncluded

Amanda Cunningham

Most people do not need another AI course.

They need a clearer understanding of what AI can do, where it can add value, where caution is needed and how to apply it responsibly within the work they actually do.

That is why I created the AI Induction Hub.

I’m Amanda Cunningham, founder of Savvy Pixel®.

My career has included sales, marketing, sales training, business development, account direction and company leadership. I have worked across digital and social media for more than 16 years and have spent the past several years examining how AI is changing real organisations and everyday professional work.

What I repeatedly see is capable people experimenting with AI but receiving inconsistent results, feeling unsure about what information to share or struggling to understand where AI genuinely fits within their role.

The missing piece is rarely another prompt.

It is context, judgement, responsible working practices and the confidence to ask better questions.

The AI Induction Hub is designed to provide those foundations.

The core learning is shared, but the experience becomes personal to you. Your questions, examples and application reflect your role, your organisation, your responsibilities and the outcomes you are trying to achieve.

That means a marketing professional, an operations manager, a consultant, a finance employee and a business owner can all use the same membership while following very different learning journeys.

You can work through the structured guidance, return when new questions arise and access updated information when significant changes affect members.

No hype. No unnecessary jargon. No requirement to become technical.

Just practical, responsible guidance designed to help you build confidence, strengthen your judgement and continue developing as AI evolves.

Let’s give AI a professional induction into the way you work.
